-
- No, a clock radio will ONLY turn-on at the specified time and will play the
- station that was manually set.
-
- I want something that will turn-on and turn-off at a preset time and select
- the channel to monitor. And I would like to do this for several different
- events. Gee, sort of like a VCR only for radio programs instead of video
- programs!
-
- BTW, I have a 2010 and it works reasonably well for this task but it has the
- following problems:
-
- 1) it is expensive (I can buy a VCR with a 14 event timer for less,
- too bad they won't tune AM/FM band or SW)
- 2) it only has 4 events
- 3) it has start time and duration of 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes, not
- end time.
