  14. No, a clock radio will ONLY turn-on at the specified time and will play the
  15. station that was manually set.

  17. I want something that will turn-on and turn-off at a preset time and select
  18. the channel to monitor. And I would like to do this for several different
  19. events. Gee, sort of like a VCR only for radio programs instead of video
  20. programs!

  22. BTW, I have a 2010 and it works reasonably well for this task but it has the
  23. following problems:

  25.     1) it is expensive (I can buy a VCR with a 14 event timer for less,
  26.            too bad they won't tune AM/FM band or SW)
  27.     2) it only has 4 events
  28.     3) it has start time and duration of 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes, not
  29.        end time.
