  12. I often hear a simulcast of Tampa, Florida broadcast station WFLA
  13. in the Toronto area on 25,870 KHz, using narrow-band FM. The
  14. frequency lies in the 11-metre broadcast band, but the modulation
  15. mode puzzles me. Does anyone know who is sending this signal and
  16. why? According to the World Radio Television Handbook, WFLA
  17. operates on 970 KHz with 5 KW.
