  13. I use a magnet mount cb antenna on my car mounted on the trunk.  on
  14. normal days, tx and rx is fine.  however, when it is wet (rain, etc),
  15. I can receive but I can't seem to transmit, that is, my other cb at home
  16. cannot hear me.
