  24. Are they connected nationally? I understand that most property stolen
  25. here (Phoenix) ends up in L.A.. I envision a system dedicated to ham
  26. radio equipment and related electronics, that would be simple and fast
  27. to use from anywhere in the U.S.. I just don't know how it would be
  28. subsidized.
