- I know if I wanted to transmit on a particular frequency, and it was a
- private/closed repeater that, that would not stop me. When I got my license
- back in 87' there was nothing in the rules that I remember telling me I was
- only allowed to tramsmit on certain frequencies between 440-450 Sorry charlie
- I ain't buying it!
