  11.  Several days ago I posted a message asking for info on both the Alicno DJ-580
  12. and the Yaesu FT-530. I was going to buy one or the other.

  14.  Well, I bought the Yaesu. I like it so far, but haven't had a chance to play
  15. with it much.

  17.  I have heard that this radio has been out in Japan for quite some time. It is
  18. rumored to have lots of hidden features that require either a hardware or 
  19. software mod to get to.

  21.  So, anyone know anything definate on this? How about it across the pond?? Is
  22. there anyone in Japan that reads this newsgroup that can help us out stateside?
