  24. Whereas I was very happy with them for a while until they
  25. switched to 3rd class mailings - which they *knew* from
  26. experience in NYC and New Jersey resulted in late and lost
  27. mail.  Because of this - and with no notice on their part -
  28. I lost six rolls of film.  All my photos from a sailing trip
  29. in the Caribbean.

  31. What did I get?  A run-around (I had to fight them to refund
  32. my money for the processing) and finally six rolls of really
  33. shitty film to replace my Ektapress and Reala.

  35. I wouldn't let them have my film if they offered to do it for
  36. free.

  38. I also had problems with reprints - they scratched the negs and
  39. the prints where nowhere near the quality of the first set.
