- Whereas I was very happy with them for a while until they
- switched to 3rd class mailings - which they *knew* from
- experience in NYC and New Jersey resulted in late and lost
- mail. Because of this - and with no notice on their part -
- I lost six rolls of film. All my photos from a sailing trip
- in the Caribbean.
-
- What did I get? A run-around (I had to fight them to refund
- my money for the processing) and finally six rolls of really
- shitty film to replace my Ektapress and Reala.
-
- I wouldn't let them have my film if they offered to do it for
- free.
-
- I also had problems with reprints - they scratched the negs and
- the prints where nowhere near the quality of the first set.
-
- Your mileage may vary, of course.
