- I think it is possible technically. Since the Elans use IR detector to
- sense the film transport (and thus count the frames), there should be
- no problem for them to do the same thing while rewinding, so that the
- rewinding can be stopped as soon as there is no more holes detected or
- until as many frame as have been used ( plus a few more holes) are
- rewound.
