  14. The most versatile program for IBM/Windows photo manipulation is
  15. Aldus PhotoStyler. It costs about $500. Adobe is planning to introduce
  16. Photoshop sometime in early 1993. I use Corel Photo-paint, which is 
  17. a repackaged version of Z-Soft's program. It comes with the Corel 
  18. Package, and it is quite a good program. You will need a very fast
  19. computer to run any of these (486 33mhz or above).
