  17. Double exposure.  The film wasn't wound on between shots - presumably the
  18. winder mechanism failed.  It's easy to do if your camera allows you to fire
  19. the sutter without advancing the film; most cheap cameras don't, but
  20. mechanical failure or film slippage can produce the same effect.
