- I get unprinted newsprint for short money at the local paper dealers. If you can
- find it get the unfilled kind since it's more absorbent and even cheaper. The
- size I like is 36"x24". It can be folded to fit most any cage. I don't recall
- the exact price but I think I got 1500 sheets for about $50 last time. This much
- lasts me close to a year.

- Newsprint is so quick and easy to replace, so easy to keep clean, and so cheap that
- other than being a little drab I can see no reason to use anything else.
