  38. *mismanagement turn it into a ROTTEN dog.  The responsibility falls first
  39. *and foremost to the OWNER, then to the INDIVIDUAL DOG and last to the
  40. *BREED.  It is people who don't train out problem behaviors in their dogs or
  41. *who intentionally train them INTO their dogs who are the problem before you
  42. *can assign blame to the dog or the breed.

  49. Er...that was exactly the point I *was* making.  Which is why it is no
  50. wonder these kinds of breeds get a bad name.  Because of their
  51. irresponsible owners.
