- I'm planning on taking Greta to the farm this weekend for some off-leash
- play. I thought I'd put her carrier on the back of the ATV, drive to the
- middle of a 200 acre field and let her go for awhile. I think I could herd
- her in easily without getting too close on the ATV.

- So the suggestion - find a way to be faster than the dog. I don't
- recommend a car because it will limit your maneuverability and visibility
- too much, but an ATV or bike should do it unless the dog just sprints
- dead away for the road.

- For this I've been thinking of a special shock collar - one in the 90KV
- range that could just drop the dog before it gets into serious trouble.
