- Our doggie play-group (several neighbors whose dogs play together regularly)
- has solved this problem like this:
-
- "Barkus, COME" means just Barkus should arrive at your feet.
- "BarkusMena, SIT" gets both Barkus & Mena to sit.
- "MenaBufferSunny, DOWN" commands Mena, Buffer & Sunny (but not Barkus) down.
-
- In others words, string together the names of the dogs who are supposed to
- respond to the command, before giving the command. It takes a while for the
- dogs to catch on, but eventually they all get it. It does take some practice.
