  24.     Kay, I'm surprised that since no one is home to watch Siegfried that
  25. your vet didn't suggest that you drop him off at the vets office. That way,
  26. even if your vet is busy, a technician could watch for further swelling,
  27. difficult breathing, etc.
  28.     I saw a some photos of a dog that was bitten by a rattlesnake and the
  29. swelling occured very soon after the bite. Hopefully, Siegfried's swelling had
  30. reached its maximum before you left for work, but I'd have someone check him
  31. asap just to make sure.
