- Kay, I'm surprised that since no one is home to watch Siegfried that
- your vet didn't suggest that you drop him off at the vets office. That way,
- even if your vet is busy, a technician could watch for further swelling,
- difficult breathing, etc.
- I saw a some photos of a dog that was bitten by a rattlesnake and the
- swelling occured very soon after the bite. Hopefully, Siegfried's swelling had
- reached its maximum before you left for work, but I'd have someone check him
- asap just to make sure.
