  12. Hi everyone, this is Indiana, Laurie is my PetHuman.  She is away
  13. from the computer right now, so I thought I'd get on here and tell 
  14. everyone here to have happy holidays!  Thanks for all the great advice when
  15. I had those nastly allergies, my PetHuman was quite worried and
  16. she was much calmer after reading this group... 
  17.  
  18. However that was bad :) advice on how to teach my PetHuman how to get 
  19. things out of my mouth when I grab something. Now I *can't* eat whatever 
  20. I want!  I have to give it up to my PetHuman!  I don't like that at all.  
  21. I want to be alpha, but my PetHuman has this ridiculous idea that she 
  22. should be alpha.  What nerve!  But I showed her, the other day I got to eat
  23. three dozen raw Christmas cookies, boy were they good!  My PetHuman
  24. was quite upset!  I was quite proud of myself, she only turned her 
  25. back for a second, I worked with blazing speed!  What a superb specimen
  26. of a golden retriever I am, I can retrieve Xmas cookies in the blink of 
  27. an eye!  Of course it helped immensely that the cookies were rolled
  28. up into convenient doggie-sized balls...my PetHuman must have *wanted*
  29. me to eat those cookies...yeah, that's it- she *wanted* me to have them...
  30. It's too bad that I threw up in her car later...she didn't like that too much.

  32. Anyways, thanks to everyone for being so nice and so supportive (ok,
  33. almost everyone- my PetHuman gets very upset about those posts that
  34. talk about putting a dog down at the slightest hint of a problem)
