  21. true, but since neutering is easier it doesn't matter.  most vets have
  22. done lots of neuters, but have no experience with other forms of
  23. sterilization.  popping the bits(testicles, ovaries, and whatevr the plural
  24. of uterus is) out is easier and faster than fiddling 
  25. around with tying teeny little tubes off without removing them.
