- Hemingway and Clio both dig for fun, or so it often seems. I have found
- that a combination of a thin layer of litter (2") and a coarse litter (I
- use Scoop Away HC--the granules are bigger and there's virtually no dust)
- allows them to dig without kicking as much out onto the floor or raising
- as much dust. I'd warn you against disciplining your kitten for digging
- in the litterbox, since she may come to think she is being punished for
- using it and do her business elsewhere.
