  13. Our four years old tame budgie ( a female ) shows a strange behaviour recently.
  14. Sometimes when she is sitting on our hand or on her common places at the window
  15. she twitches spontaneously with her wings. Is she only nervous or has she a 
  16. serious disease ? She lives in our flat as a member of family since four years
  17. and nothing important has changed.
  18. It looks as she is scared of something but we don't know what it could be.

  20. By the way, she is the same budgie we posted a query with respect of laying 
  21. eggs some time ago. Since some months she has stopped this without any measures
  22. by us. Neither we gave her any medicine nor we took away her nistbox.
  23. So we are very happy with this result. 
  24. Now she still usually sleeps in her box and is sexually active as before.
