- With training you should be able to get it to stop biteing, but it
- might always like you better.

- Your girlfriend would need to work with the bird when you aren't there.
- Teach it the "up" command so that it climbs onto your hand on command.
- This gives you control over the bird.

- Very important - never pick up the bird yourself after it bites your
- girlfriend. It will learn that biting her will get you to pick it up,
- which is what it wants. When it bites have your girlfriend put it back
- in its cage.

- If you want a pet that's bonded to your girlfriend then she has to be
- the main handler for that pet. As long as you are the one taking care
- of the pet is isn't going to bond to her.
