  10.         Hey, this may strike everyone as odd, but well phooey on you, but if you get a whole mess of eggs from your bet cockatiel, why not scramble some up?
  11.         I cannot see the difference between them and some from an old chicken (apologies to those who keep chickens as pets :-)), I have a male cockatiel, but if I had an egg-laying female, I'd try to use my resources.
  12.         My guess is they'd taste a little better than dumb old chicken, because you KNOW what your pet ate, whereas a chicken would eat anything.
  13.         Or is there a taboo against eating your pets' eggs?
