  10. I saw the full-spectrum lighting fixture for humans in a medical supply store
  11. (they cost about $1000 for the unit).  It had a plastic "cover" on it -- the
  12. bulbs weren't just bare.  We've rigged up our own and the bulbs ARE bare in
  13. ours, but I don't think they'd have to be judging by what I saw.
