- I think there was a (somewhat naive) undertone in some of the earlier
- messages that assumed that the fighter who did such a thing would
- select a couple that he/she felt had proved good leadership in some
- other area. However, I don't see that as any more likely than the
- possiblity that the fighter would have made a good leader himself. So,
- it would just open up the crown to more individuals, not necessarily
- give us any better leadership....
