- Having only recently discovered that I have this right (coming from an
- isolated branch where the previous herald did indeed remove unregistered
- banners) I'm now rather protective of it.

- As one example: at the moment a character from the area around Hungary can
- at least display appropriate arms, even if the majority of Hungarian arms
- cannot be registered with the SCA (they were very big on blue or red fields
- with green tripartite hillocky things in base: stand a beast or a castle on
- the hillock and you're set). A decision to restrict this practice would be
- grossly unfair and counter to the spirit of recreation which we claim as a
- guiding impulse.
