  19. As far as I can tell, they're temporarily out of business.  But they've
  20. had a way of coming back to life in the past, and everybody eventually
  21. got what they paid for.  But I will make some inquiries soon.  The
  22. editor was supposed to produce two double issues right about now, to
  23. make up for slippage, but I haven't heard anything.
