- Well Jim, if you had any credibility on this net at all it is gone
- now. However, I suspect that your run for presidency probably put
- you in the "don't believe anything this guy says" category. :-)

-
- I hope to schedule two trips in 1992. I'd like to make the Thanksgiving
- trip an annual event. Perhaps some time in May would be good for the
- other trip.

- On my way home from visiting my sister I drove in to Big Caliente for one
- night. I was there Saturday night (Dec. 26) and Sunday morning. Over a
- dozen people used the hot pool while I was there and most of them were nude.
- Some of the regulars claimed that one particular Forest Service ranger used
- to park down the road and sneak up to the pool through the creek just so he
- could catch and cite nude bathers. Apparently he was a zealot on other
- matters also and earned the wrath of many visitors. Enough so that complaints
- about that particular ranger earned him a transfer to Siberia (or the Forest
- Service equivalent of such).
-
- During the summer months the place has a lot of users and the likelyhood of
- encountering someone who will complain about nudity increases greatly. I
- highly recommend sticking to little Caliente if you go there when its
- crowded. On the other hand, it is clear that the vast majority of people
- who use the natural hot tubs prefer to do it nude (even if they don't think
- of themselves as nudists).
