- The Roland U110 is FAR from similar to the Emu Proteus 1.

- The U110 is 8 Voices(?); Proteus 32 voices.
- The U110 is noisy as hell; Proteus - clean.
- The U110 has 'OK' samples. Proteus - some great, some very good.
