- hey.
- thanks to the god-like poster of the foam tabs.
- but a question...
- as i am a new and learning bassist, i wonder if anyone ever has any
- tabs for basslines. we bassists seem so neglected in the wide world
- of music publications. but i don't know, i'm new at this.
-
- i sit around a lot and pick out the progressions as well as I can(okay,
- okay, that's pretty much all i do!) but i would loooove some help or
- advice if anyone out there has some for me.
-
- so far i have bits and pieces of Possum, Bouncin, Split Open and Melt,
- and Reba worked out. My big happy bass goal was to learn the intro to
- Split. I have most of it down. It's a real pain in the butt. Impressive,
- but a real pain in the butt. Thanks Mike;-)
-
- and on a cheesier note: was anyone at the 89 Goddard College show? I
- would be fascinated to hear a first hand account of what sounds like a
- macaroni and cheese jam on my tapes!!!! the Kraft jam? Velveeta groove?
-
- phish. those crazy pastaheads.
