  17. Assuming you know about "Rare Masters" and "To Be Continued..." which
  18. covers a lot of formerly rare stuff, the following is based on two souurces,
  19. Phillip Norman's biography plus my own collection  which has things 
  20. not mentioned in the biography.  This does not include his K-tel-like 
  21. covers from the late '60's/1970.  And I'm sure I missed something!
  22. (I may have a sealed japanese version of the boxed set available a
  23. round Jan 5.--write then if interested.)
