  12. At the Oakland shows, I noticed some weird equipment in the sound booth.
  13. Towards the back, facing away from the stage, was a console that had
  14. a display of white squares.  Sometimes there were patterns moving across
  15. the display, like arrows, and somtimes the operator would wave his hands
  16. and change the pattern.  He only did this during setbreak, or at least
  17. he didn't do it during the sets.  Does anybody know what this thing was?
