- Kanzer argues that banning Grateful Dead concerts, as some cities
- have done, violates the First Amendment. Banning occurs because of
- perceived trouble with the Dead Heads (drugs, etc), but Kanzer
- says the Dead Head phenomena is part of the band's artistic
- expression.
