  12. Before you do handstands regarding the Dead's loss of popularity
  13. consider all the shows that got cancelled in the summer and fall
  14. (Oregon,SHoreline,Cap. Center,Philly etc.)--most, if not all of these
  15. shows would have sold out and if you add the $ from these shows to
  16. what they actually grossed I think that would have put them near
  17. the top again!! I think you're a little hasty in assuming that
  18. the Dead's popularity is on the wane. Sorry to burst your bubble.
