  12. First let me thank everyone one responded. The response was much larger
  13. than I anticipated.
  14.  
  15. I also did not take into consideration how much work this was all going to
  16. be. I probably spent a total of 8 hours working this data together. There
  17. were lots of responses that were not very complete (i.e. "MSG between 87-
  18. 89"). I'm afraid I got a little too burned out to look up these incomplete
  19. answers, but I did as much as I could.

  29.   Scarlet->Fire and China Cat->Rider are basically assumed. Yes I know
  30. they've broken them up before, but most people listed either the grouped
  31. songs, or listed each separately (i.e. Scarlet Begonias on one line, and
  32. Fire on the Mountain on another line).
