- First let me thank everyone one responded. The response was much larger
- than I anticipated.

- I also did not take into consideration how much work this was all going to
- be. I probably spent a total of 8 hours working this data together. There
- were lots of responses that were not very complete (i.e. "MSG between 87-
- 89"). I'm afraid I got a little too burned out to look up these incomplete
- answers, but I did as much as I could.

- they've broken them up before, but most people listed either the grouped
- songs, or listed each separately (i.e. Scarlet Begonias on one line, and
- Fire on the Mountain on another line).

- miles away. The theater is small. There are seats in a half-moon shape
- (like a horseshoe), and there is a floor in the middle. There was no
- bad spot anywhere. As I remember it, beer was something like $2 for
- Heniekin or Becks (I forget which) and they would just hand you the
- can. The outside hallway was darkly lighted with nooks and crannies.
