- You can say I'm being overdramatic but in my opinion the fact that CM was
- never released on an album in the 60's was one of the reasons Judy Collins's
- career leveled off. There were many of us who considered her rendition to be
- the highlight of any of her concerts and it felt like we were being cheated
- when album after album came out and it was missing.
-
- It was finally released as a single (was Pretty Polly on the flip side? I'm
- naking the classic gaffe of typing this while I'm away from my record
- collection) but somehow it never felt quite right.
