  15. Michael Willett was kind enough to post a review of the Longy student
  16. concert.

  18. Well, I happened to be one of the performers in that concert, and
  19. wanted to point out a couple of corrections/omissions in his review...
  20. First of all, the "Longy renaissance wind band" (the group I'm part
  21. of) is named "I Piffari", and is coached by Dan Stillman.

  23. There was a mistake in the program with respect to our second set; "O
  24. Voy" came first, and was followed by the other two works. A couple
  25. of people in the audience referred to I Piffari as being "Loud and in
  26. tune", which is one of the highest compliments possible for a band
  27. containing shawms....

  29. Our next performance is as part of the Longy early music dept. concert
  30. currently scheduled for 18 January 1993.
