  12. Hi - has anyone ever heard the Billy Bragg version of 'Times they are 
  13. changing'.I have only heard this on his video 'Which side are you on'.
  14. I have not heard it on vinyl CD or any other medium.As with most BB 
  15. songs it is sung from the heart which I think gives it an edge on  
  16. any other covers of this song.
