- A long time ago, in a town far far away, I used to listen to
- a radio station that would occasionally play a recording of
- Saint Saens' Carnival of the Animals, in which Noel Coward
- read verses written by Ogden Nash, relevant to the work. I
- cannot find this recording in any music store, catalog, in
- Penguin or Schwann. Asking music store employees has not been
- at all helpful. Does anyone know where I could find (for
- purchase) a CD recording of this work? How about the ones
- I've heard OF in which Hermione Gingold and Grace Kelly (two
- separate recordings) read Nash's verse?
-
- Also, I'd like to find the piano scores for the two-piano-and-
- orchestra version of this work. No luck in any of the places
- I've known to look.
-
- Any help would be very much appreciated.
-
- Thanks!
