- I heard on the radio yesterday that composer Stephen Albert had
- died in an auto accident in Massachusetts. He was fifty-one.
- Several of his compositions were connected to the works of
- James Joyce (To Wake the Dead, Symphony RiverRun, TreeStone,
- and Flower of the Mountain). I like his music very much. It's
- a tragedy that he should die so young.
