- I think that Abbado's Schubert symphonies set with the Chamber Orchestra
- of Europe is simply outstanding. I don't have all of them, but most of
- all, the 9th is out of this world. I also just completed my set of
- Brahms symphonies with him and the Berlin PO by getting one as a
- Christmas gift. I think very highly of them, although reviews I've read
- are love/hate type things. Either they gush all over them or they trash
- them completely.
