  28. This should be a FAQ...yes the Word club still exists, but the discounts and/or
  29. bonuses are now little better than the standard "one free w/ four" coupons in 
  30. any retail store...and the bonus albums *must* be chosen from their overstock 
  31. inventory (masquerading as "bonus catalogs"). And unless you prepay, you pay 
  32. the "gouge"...I mean "shipping and *handling*" fees.

  34. They probably dropped you because you were on the OLD agreement, which offered
  35. ANY FIVE FREE WITH SIX, no strings attached. I was holding $50 worth of coupons
  36. when they ditched me..."I'm sorry, sir, we have no such account number..."

  38. I'd just support my local retailer...or even better, wait until a concert to
  39. buy your album and let the *artist* have the retailer's cut...
