- The King James is a good Bible to have just for its beautiful language. If
- you are reading the Bible as poetry, then use KJ. If you are reading it for
- torah, then use other versions.

- ACtually, you will find that the NIV is NOT the most accurate. I took a class
- that used different versions and compared them to the original Hebrew, and
- the NIV had more than a few problems.
- If you can't
- use the original hebrew, then try the RSV or the JPS, even though that has
- some of its own problems.
