- A woman, Tanice Tangeman, in my parish (St. Thomas the Apostle, Naperville, IL) is
- a member of the Newman Singers, she also met her husband, Joe Finnegan, in the group.
-
- The group has visited our church twice. The first time, they performed a concert
- and also played at the weekend's masses. The second time, they played at Tanice
- and Joe's wedding and were also the band at the reception!
-
- We play MANY of Joe Mattingly's songs including "In You, Lord", "On That Holy
- Mountain" and "Be With Me, Lord". They will be visiting again on February 6-7 to
- hold a workshop, play at masses AND play a concert. It should be a great weekend!
