- I think it was Alan Douglas, or someone else who's administering all the
- Hendrix tapes, who said that _RB_ wasn't a proper album and shouldn't be
- reissued, etc. The Hendrix estate seems leery of touching the pseudo-albums
- that were assembled after Hendrix' death, because so many were tampered with
- and overdubbed. As far as _RB_, I don't think it was tampered with, but it
- is allegedly incomplete (still great IMHO). Then again, they're releasing
- entire boxed sets of incomplete Hendrix material... maybe some of _RB_ will
- show up on future rarities compilations?
