- Sounds reasonable to me.
-
- I'm a more or less rabid Zorn follower and I think their selection of
- "The Big Gundown" (Zorn does the music of Ennio Morricone) is a little
- off. I'd pick "Spillane" over that one. It has a great range of
- style, all integrated wonderfully, which is one of the most admirable
- features of Zorn's work as a composer. The formal structure of all
- three tracks varies but they are all related. And it's a great album!
- That would be a good "desert island disc" for Zorn I think.
-
- I think "Leng Tch'e" is a good New Year's Eve disc, by the way. :)
