  14. I got a lot of enjoyment out of "And His Mother Called Him Bill", a mememorial
  15. to Billy Strayhorn.

  17. My all-time favorite Ellington album when I was growing up in the 50's
  18. was Uptown, has a great extended version of The Mooche, and a free-for-all
  19. jam on Perdido, Betty Roche's great vocal on A-Train, and other great stuff.
  20. The CD I recently got is as good as I remember it.

  22. The OJC album featurning Paul Gonsalves is very good too.
