  13. You like that stereo mix?  Gee, you might as well go back and listen to
  14. "I Want To Hold Your Hand" from _Meet the Beatles_ instead of _Past Masters_.
  15. Or "You Can't Do That", "She Loves You", and "I'll Get You" from _The Beatles'
  16. Second Album_.  Or "I Feel Fine" & "She's a Woman" on _Beatles '65_.
  17. Or "Ticket To Ride" on the American _Help!_ instead of the British.
  18. Or even better: Listen to Capitol's "stereo" reissue of the United Artists
  19. _A Hard Day's Night_ soundtrack album - it's nothing more than mono that
  20. someone continuously fiddled with the balance control on!

  22. My main complaint about the stereo mix on _Rubber Soul_ is that the vocals
  23. are over in the right channel instead of center.  I have yet to get a
  24. reasonable explanation for why this is.  George Martin remixed it for CD - 
  25. why didn't he do something about this?
  26. Speaking of CD remixing, I think that _Magical Mystery Tour_ was remixed
  27. as well, even though it doesn't say so.  The mixes are a bit different
  28. than on the original stereo EPs.
