  20. number/letter specifies the amount (0-9 corresponds to 0-9, a-z
  21. corresponds to 10-35, and A-Z correspond to 36-61).

  23. In other words, 23ad7 means two people voted 1, three rated it 2, ten
  24. voters gave it a 3, etc...
