  25. Maybe the chains are getting pissed off because Atari is now selling DIRECT
  26. at killer prices. I know that if I owned a Toy Store I would be pissed off. The
  27. fact that Atari is selling direct is bad enough but at the LOW prices it is 
  28. just a slap in the face to all the toystores. A similar thing is happening in
  29. the Apple community. Apple computer recently began selling direct and many
  30. computer resellers became very upset, and Apple was selling at RETAIL price
  31. which is VERY high. If Apple decided to sell at anything below retail, maybe
  32. some places would have dropped the Mac line, like what is happening with the
  33. Lynx. Who knows, this is just my 2 cents.
