  15. Don't!!!  While the bug decreased the amount of magic you had by 1/2, it also
  16. did something else.  It actually caused all spells you cast to only use 1/2
  17. of what they would normally use!  This effect lasts for the rest of the game!
  18. As for replenishing your temporarily lost magic, any of the normal methods will
  19. do (potions, etc.)
