- There is an interesting article in today's (12/30) Wall Street Journal about
- Ninentendo's Game Couseling Hotline. Ninentendo expects to field 170,000
- calls this week regarding its video games. Sega says that it is handling
- 5,000 calls a day since Christmas, up from its normal 1,500. Sega has
- doubled it staff to 35 counselers and Ninentendo has 400 game counselers !!!

- The article gave no mention of the telephone numbers, but said that the
- Ninentendo hotline is open 360 days a year, 20 hours a day. Ninentendo says
- it spends 15-20 million on its counseling service.
